We offer the following services:
Lifeguards
Bearfoot Management believes in having highly trained employees
in both leadership positions and in lifeguard positions. Supervisors
and mangers are required to have multiple years of experience. Our
management team has over 15 years of life guarding experience.
All of our lifeguards are certified through the American Red
Cross. We believe that our guards must be able to make smart
decisions fast. We have a clearly defined chain of command in
case of emergency situations. Bearfoot Management develops an
Emergency Action Plan tailored for each pool facility.
If an accident
happens communication and immediate response is critical. At
our large pool facilities lifeguards are equipped with radios to relay
important information. We only carry the best first aid and emergency
equipment. Weekly first aid inventory will ensure that we always
have proper supplies. Lifeguards will enforce all rules set out by
the community. Lifeguards are instructed to close the pool for at
least 30 minutes in the event of lightning or thunder. Our lifeguards
train weekly on first aid, CPR, water saves, pool maintenance and
customer service. Bearfoot Management requires all of our guards
to be above average swimmers, so physical training is required twice
a week. Supervisor Cleaning and Safety inspections are carried out
multiple times per week.
