Bearfoot Management

Welcome to the Bearfoot Management website. We specialize in managing commercial pool facilities for community associations as well as a variety of other pool-related services and activities such as swimming lessons and our popular water aerobics program.

Our goal is to provide our guests with a safe, clean, and fun environment. Safety is always our top priority. We hold current Certified Pool Operator licenses with the National Swimming Pool Foundation and are a National Authorized Provider of the American Red Cross, (providing training in Life Saving, First Aid, CPR, AED, and Oxygen). We believe that through strong leadership, and through setting a safe example, together we can be a better team and provide a safe environment.

  • Must be at least 15 years old
  • Must complete American Red Cross lifeguard training
  • Must be able work Memorial Day weekend, July 4 and Labor Day
  • Must pass background check and drug test
  • Must have a Positive attitude
